Years ago I started a cleaning business in London and struggled to attract clients beyond lead-bidding platforms like Bark and Checkatrade. Jokes aside, I knocked on over 500 doors and closed 4 clients.

My goal was to establish an independent online presence to generate direct leads and build a sustainable brand, rather than chasing customers and under-bidding quotes on Checkatrade.

The Results

Within 6 months, over 200 organic leads were generated, leading to 86 closed deals and £25,800 in revenue. 1Clean ranked in 1st position on Google for high-value transactional keywords such as “Builders Clean Prices” and “After Builders Cleaning Prices,”. I stopped working on 1Clean’s SEO over 2 years ago and it continues to generate leads.
