Three years ago, I started a cleaning business in London and struggled to find any clients, other than bidding for leads on Bark and Checkatrade. I realised that, I could make a living but in the long run, this wouldn’t be sustainable as I’d always depend on these websites. I wasn’t working for my brand, I was helping Bark and Checkatrade build their reputation while delivering a 5-star service.

I had past experience with SEO, not a great one, but I decided to dig into it again, avoiding all past mistakes and the results were incredible. Within 6 months of continuous learning and optimisation on my website, I started getting high-quality leads, and I didn’t have to underbid my service because I had no competition on my website, it was just me.

In the first 12 months (mainly between month 6 and 12), I generated 200+ organic leads out of which I closed 86 and this resulted in an average of £25,800 of revenue. I only invested £1,200 in additional SEO and conversion optimisation training courses.

This was the “Aha” moment when I realised that I could help other trades and services businesses achieve even more.

Knowing that a local business might not be able to afford a £2,000 – £5,000 monthly for SEO optimisation, which is what a typical Digital Marketing agency would charge while delivering the same or lower results, I tailored my packages in a way to be affordable and to justify the investment with a positive ROI.

Starting from just £599 p/m we could achieve similar and even higher results to what I achieved for my cleaning business.
